Get an understanding of the Chain of Command system and the various levels of decision making which can be allocated within it, particularly within race events; be aware of the extent of the organisation which operates on events; get a better understanding of the need for clear information flow; and get an awareness of the different Licensed Official roles.
This session will be of particular benefit to those wanting to upgrade from Grade 2 Race Marshal (Flag/Incident) to Grade 3 Race Marshal (Post Chief) on the Marshals’ Pathway. It will also be useful for anyone looking for a bit of a refresher.
This is a Motorsport UK training module and counts towards grade maintenance or upgrade requirements for Motorsport UK licence holders on the Marshals' Pathway.
